We look at how to translate financial objectives into marketing objectives through campaign modelling. And how to use these insights to set attainable objectives that stretch your team and support sustained growth.
We look at how to capture the data you need to measure performance effectively and give your team access to the reporting tools they need to monitor performance and adapt the strategy as required.
We analyse how customers interact with your business using the customer lifecycle and explore how this can be used to communicate your marketing objectives and strategic directions to the rest of your team.
Dos and don’ts of working with marketing agencies
We cover how to work effectively with external marketing agencies, looking at the dynamics of the relationship, client and agency responsibilities and when and how to engage an agency to support you.
This is not marketing 101. We won’t be explaining how to send an email or use social media. Instead, we’ll be looking at how, as company directors, you can create the right conditions for marketing to support growth in your business.
